frequently asked questions
how do we begin?
Visit the contact page to ask questions, explore services, or request an appointment.
-
in-person or virtual?
Therapy sessions are available virtually through telehealth via a secure platform called Simple Practice, or sessions can be outdoors through walk-and-talk therapy, weather permitting. Consulting and training services are available in person at participating locations.
hours
Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. Sessions are available by appointment.
-
insurance and payment
Anew Innergy Therapy & Wellness is a private-pay practice. Clients pay directly for sessions; we do not bill insurance. Eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds may be used.
If your insurance includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement. Upon request, we provide a superbill—an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer. Before scheduling, check your coverage, deductible, and potential reimbursement with your insurance company. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Payment is due at each session unless arranged in advance. A credit or debit card must remain on file.
rates
Initial intake: $210
Individual therapy session: $180
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need and provider availability. Please ask during your consultation.
-
do you offer session bundles?
Yes. Purchase four individual therapy sessions for $660 ($165 per session)—a savings of $60.
Payment is due upfront, and the initial intake is billed separately. Bundles are available through participating providers when appropriate for your care. Cancellation, refund, and any expiration terms are provided before purchase. Bundle discounts cannot be combined with reduced-fee rates.
-
what is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged at the full session rate.
For clients using a session bundle, a late cancellation or missed appointment counts as one session from the bundle.
