Counseling Services
Therapy for people who are used to holding it all together
Who we work with
We work with high-achieving students and professionals, as well as couples, parents, and families who may appear to have it all together while feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from their own needs.
Our focus
Our focus includes perfectionism, people-pleasing, ADHD-related challenges, burnout, trauma, and difficulty setting boundaries.
We give particular attention to the experiences of people of color navigating racial identity, cultural expectations, and the stress of being underrepresented in school, work, and other spaces.
Our approach
Individual, family, and couples counseling offers space to understand recurring patterns, navigate relationship challenges, and practice new ways of communicating and caring for yourself and one another.
