Therapy for people who are used to holding it all together‍ ‍Who we work with

We work with high-achieving students and professionals, as well as couples, parents, and families who may appear to have it all together while feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from their own needs. We recognize the unique experiences of people of color and offer a supportive space to explore racial identity, cultural expectations, and the challenges of navigating spaces where you may not always feel seen or understood.

Areas of focus - Perfectionism, overthinking, and self-criticism - People-pleasing, overcommitment, and boundaries - ADHD, overwhelm, and difficulty managing daily tasks - Relationship patterns, attachment, and communication - Racial identity and stress in personal and professional spaces - Trauma, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions Our approach Individual, family, and couples counseling offers space to understand recurring patterns, navigate relationship challenges, and practice new ways of communicating and caring for yourself and one another. Care is tailored to your goals and your provider’s training. Our integrative approach may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT skills, narrative and relational therapies, attachment-based approaches, motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness and somatic practices. Session format Individual sessions last 50–60 minutes. Virtual therapy is available, with walk-and-talk sessions offered based on provider availability and weather.
