    Independently licensed Minnesota therapists - including LPCCs, LICSWs, LMFTs, and LPs—who bring:

    • A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

    • Clear communication and thoughtful clinical judgment

    • Reliable documentation and professional follow-through

    • An interest in building a private-pay caseload

    • Respect for diverse identities, experiences, and paths toward healing

  • our practice model

    Anew Innergy is a private-pay practice. Clients pay directly for services and may request superbills to seek reimbursement through eligible out-of-network insurance benefits. Reimbursement depends on the client’s plan.

    We are currently exploring independent contractor partnerships. Compensation, available support, and practice expectations are discussed before either party makes a commitment. Referral volume and caseload growth vary.

  • working toward independent licensure?

    We welcome inquiries from clinicians working toward independent licensure who have an established relationship with a qualified supervisor approved by their applicable licensing board.

    Eligibility is reviewed individually based on credentials, Minnesota practice requirements, and a supervision arrangement that specifically covers clinical work at Anew Innergy. An existing supervisor must be willing and able to oversee that work.

    As our practice grows, we hope to offer clinical supervision within Anew Innergy. In-house supervision is not currently available.
