Trauma-informed yoga is for individuals living with or have experienced forms of complex trauma (community violence, domestic violence, threat, harm, physical or sexual trauma, etc.) Trauma-informed yoga provides a safe and gentle approach to the practice that aims to build awareness, establish safety in the body, and lessen trauma response symptoms.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is a form of rapid-eye-movement therapy where the therapist guides the client to replace negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. The goal is to reduce the effect of trauma and other psychological stressors.
ART is helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety and stress, depression, or post traumatic stress.
